Installshield error 1628

I need help :cryresolving an error when trying to install Zoo Tycoon 2-Zookeeper Collection. At one point we had all the ZT games installed. Then Extinct Animals died (no pun intended) on us so I uninstalled it. For a few days that seemed to work and the remainder of ZT worked fine. Then everything died. After unistalling I now try to reinstall and I get the "installshield error 1628".

I went through all the suggestions on the installshield website and none helped.

I'm using Windows XP home SP2 build2600

Here is my Hijack this file... Any help is appreciated. My son is going crazy not being able to play Zoo Tycoon 2. Thanks.

Thanks for the direction and excellent instructions. yes I'm new to help forums and posting threads,etc. so bear with me. I'm trainable. I'll go thru the instructions and hopefully it will solve the problems. thanks.
