Zlob.DNSchanger Issue - Using chaslang's solution

I am having an issue with this as well. I read the thread by pansygirl where chaslang gave two steps. I have completed the first step and the rapport.txt is attached. I am moving on to step 2.

Okay, Step two of chaslang done. Here is the rapport.txt file.

Now I am going onto his step 3 (not labeled as such on his post) so now to the "final step". BRB

 

OKAY I'M STUCK -

WHERE IS:

If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
go back to step 8 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
