Hey, I seem to have a problem ever since I got a Rogue anti-spyware trojan called "Braviax" and "WinReanimator". I've seen to follow some directions on this forum and found that some people had the problem too. As I notice, the repliers posted on what to remove in terms of their registry keys or whatever. But I'm not quite sure if I still have both of these malware still on my PC. I had the red dot on my bottom right screen with a white x on it saying that my pc is infected with spyware and malware. I couldn't even open my programs like: "Kaspersky internet security 7.0, Spybot Search and destroy, and Spyware Doctor", they were all blocked! But as I managed to fixed some of the problems braviax and win reanimator caused me because I found a link here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=1115168#post1115168 because somebody replied on how to fix it. But I'm not sure if I'm completely cleaned because i don't see the red dot any more with the white X. I can now open "Kaspersky internet security 7.0, Spybot Search and destroy, and Spyware Doctor".
But here's my main bottom line problem.... I can't go to my homepage which is "http://www.fileplanet.com or my e-mail client http://www.gmail.com" for whatever reason. Plus my internet speed is slow.. so my download speed is quite low when I download stuff. Please someone help me with my problem and tell me why my internet speed is slow?

Ok. Here's my Log of the MGtools. But here's my problem, my internet connection is really slow and my downlooad and upload stream is low as heck. I don't know why but I think "braviax" has really messed up my internet connection. My homepage doesn't even work (http://www.fileplanet.com) and some sites doesn't even work for me. So can someone help me fix my internet connection, it's a wired connection to my computer. And I'm on a router and my laptop and playstation 3 which is connected through wireless works just fine.

Sorry, please bear with me but I'm really impatient. I can't dowload SuperAntispyware because the download is slow so that's why I didn't follow that step. So please help me as possible with my MGlogs.zip and Combofix.txt. my computer is really really messed up because my internet isn't working that well.. 1.0 kb per second upload and download stream. This virus is ugly.

You log from running the MGTools has a newfiles log that is basically empty ...did you have any error messages running the tool?

    Do you have this installed:
Microsoft .Net Framework software ---if not, install it.

From your other logs ...I am not seeing any malware ..but will wait until you can attach a new MGLogs.zip

Hey, What does Microsoft .Net Framework software do? I wikipedia it and don't get it. Can you tell me why my internet isn't working that good? It's really slow, I think braviax and WinReanimator mest it up!

The scans will not run properly without the Net.Frameworks installed. It is for running programs in C++ among other things.

Again, it would be good to see that log.

Hey TimW. I have seemed to removed the virus completely and I believe my computer reallly works, now that I am able to open my anti-viruses, anti-spyware, and firewall programs. But here's my problem, my internet is really slow. Please, can you tell what's making my internet really slow? My computer is free from malware, now that I got Kaspersky, spyboy search and destroy, and spyware doctor to open because Braviax blocked them. But please tell me how to fix this. I can't even download anything, I get like 1kb per second and it sometimes won't even download. It has prevented my home site from working too and some other websites as well. The error says "DNS Server not Found" or "Website not found". So please help me, I'd appreciate it.

I can't really say ....since we haven't seen a ShowNew log that was complete. It may be due to all the spyware programs and your firewall settings.

Hey again. I have attached a new log that includes all the following: runkeys.txt, hijacthis.log, GetUnKey.txt, newfiles.txt, and procdll.txt. I've also attached pics of my "networks connections" in Control Panel because I've been having issues with my internet that Braviax really screwed up. As you can see my Local internet Connect 3 appears when I run cmd.exe and type "ipconfig /all" but doesn't appear in my networks connections for some reason. Anyways, Sorry about the upload site, I can't get imageshack or photobucket too load because my Internet is mest up in this computer.

Again, are you getting error messages when you run the MGTools? The ShowNewFIles log was empty except for the uninstall info.

    Kasperski will slow you up.

If you go to start / does Network Connections show? (May be connect to...)

You do not have a "View all networks" in Network places?

Go to Bitdefender agree to the license and then select Scan. DO NOT CHANGE THE OPTIONS TO SHOW ALL FILES SCANNED. That will make your logs huge and we don't need to see clean files. Once Bitdefender completes the scan:

Click-on the Detected Problems tab. Then select Click here to export the scan report

When the window comes up to save the report, change the Save as type: box to Text (Tab Delimited) (*.txt) and then in the File name box enter change to bdscan then click save. This will save a file named bdscan.txt in whatever folder you are currently in when you save the file (take notice of where you are at so you can find it later). This bdcan.txt file will actually contain HTML code that we can easily view later while reviewing your log. All we have to do is rename the file to bdscan.html.

Ok, I've got the scan and I hope this help. But still, I'm having major problems with my internet and not sure why my network won't show up in my "Networks connections", I'm for sure it's not my Kaspersky internet security because my internet worked before when I had all these programs on. Fortunately, I scan and made a log of Bit Defender. But I hope you can help me with the internet problem and see if you can remote assistance me over MSN messenger. My e-mail is "razorbladed4938@snip>

Boot into safe mode and disable your anti-virus and spyware programs ..then use windows explorer to find and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\lsass.exe

If it won't delete...use avenger. Then boot back to normal mode and attach a new MGLogs.zip and a new COmboFIx log.
