Newbie Trojan problem?

    i read you HJT tutorial and followed all of the instructions from the spyware info. forums. i have run spybot search and destroy and avg anti-virus plus spyware doctor. i also have at&t security suite installed.
    i am still receiving many pop-ups.
    when replying please be very clear because i have made bad mistakes in the past. thanks.
