Hello! Trouble Posting a Reply

I'm a new member. My problem is Help and Support won't run on my Windows XP Home Edition SP2 computer. I started a thread yesterday, and someone offered some assistance, but my reply to them is not visible in the thread.

Seems easy enough. What am I doing wrong?

i just had a look and your reply does not show, i can only think you hit the preview post instead of the submit post.

i suggest you go back to your original post and try once more.

A note, if your trying to reply to a thread started by another user name in malware, you wont' be allowed as those threads are restricted to original posters, and malware admins/mods only.
