Several searches of the nVidia support site and forums produced nothing, but I'm still looking.... have you looked in the nVidia Smoke folder? I'd assume it's in Program Files. Check it and see if there's a file named oem.txt and if so, open it and see what it says. If not, create a new .txt file in Notepad and just save a neutral character like a semi-colon ; or something and save it to the Smoke program folder if there isn't already an oem.txt file there. It sounds like a file named oem.txt needs to be created so maybe creating it yourself will help....

Anyway, I'm still researching this issue, please be patient and hopefully I'll find something helpful.

    Good luck!
