My C: drive thinks it is a music folder!?

I only have one hard drive (unpartitioned), but it appears to be having an identity crisis. When I go to 'My Computer' and open my C: drive, on the left where it normally only has 'File and Folder Tasks' it also has 'Music Tasks' (see image below). Not only is this just a little weird, but it takes about 5-10 seconds for my computer to respond after I click on one of the files. Any ideas?

"right click" inside the folder (not on an icon) --> customize this folder --> select documents for any file type. - sos

 

Thanks sosaman, I haven't installed anything recently, but I don't normally need to look in my C: drive so it might have been like that for a while. I'm using XP, but there is no 'Customize this folder' option for me when I right click inside the folder.

 

lol, i guess when the site was having problems, i had edited my post, and you answered before i posted. anyway, i tried to do it as well, and it wouldn't let me either. if you go to your music folder, or some other folder, you should see what i'm talking about (screenshots below). - sos

 

I can get that option in other folders but in my C: drive it's not there at all (not even greyed out). :confused
