Hi my labtop was infected with Spyware since I downloaded and installed a fake Kaspersky in my labtop. Then I did exactly the same as you recommened on Malware remover guide.

Now I think it's not 100% recover from before infected and the thing I can found I can not see my C: and D: drive in "My computer" but I can see removable drive and I also can go to C: and D: drive by typing on Window Explorer as c:\ then I can see the data on C: drive.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

In step one of the READ & RUN ME the below appears:
You did not do this. I will continue on but my fix may not work quite the way desired due to the above. Thus additional steps may be necessary later. Please put your PC into normal startup mode now and remain there.

Did you buy Spy Sweeper? If not then uninstall it now.

Uninstall the below software as requested in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME:
    Ask Toolbar

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbpdtvdp.exe,
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTTask.exe" -atboottime
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ctfmona] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmona.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM0bd7fd53] "Rundll32.exe" "C:\WINDOWS\system32\avqgosak.dll",s
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_06\bin\jusched.exe"
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SPYKILLER] "C:\Program Files\Anonymizer\sk\SpyWareKiller.exe" /BOOT
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
    O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\PROGRA~1\KASPER~1\KASPER~1\kloehk.dll
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: ljJYPhHb - C:\WINDOWS\
    O21 - SSODL: PrxCD - {115cda80-dcfe-4f7f-bc2c-57072d89753d} - C:\WINDOWS\Resources\PrxCD.dll (file missing)
    O23 - Service: Boonty Games - BOONTY - C:\Program Files\Common Files\BOONTY Shared\Service\Boonty.exe
O24 - Desktop Component 0: Privacy Protection - (no file)

NOTE: HJT may popup an error about the AppInit_DLLs line. Ignore it and click OK to continue.
    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Now we need to use ComboFix to remove a bunch of malware files.
    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
      • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the below quote box into it:
    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe
    • Follow the prompts.
    • When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\combofix.txt
    • I will ask for this log below
    Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

After reboot, now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

    Now run Ccleaner!

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it.

    Then attach the below logs:
    • C:\ComboFix.txt
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Thank you for your great support.

Now I did through the step that you suggested already.

Right now I can see C: and D: drive letter in My computer already.

But I still saw Pop up window "Data Execution Prevention" for IP Configuration Utility on my screen and can not close it.

This is most likely not a malware issue. Can you get a snapshot of this error message? You may need it to post in the Software Forum. Make sure the snapshot is legible.

Uninstall SUPERAntispyware now since we are finished with it.

Now I want to fix and issue with a possible locked desktop setting.

    • Right click on your Desktop and select Properties.
    • Then click the Desktop tab
    • then click the Customize Desktop button.
    • Now in the next window that comes up click the Web tab.
      • Make sure at the bottom that Lock desktop items is unchecked.
    • Then in the Web pages: box delete all items but My Current Home Page and make sure it is unchecked too.
    • Then click OK.
    • Click Apply. And click OK.

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Spyware & Adware Removal] "C:\Program Files\Spyware & Adware Removal\SAR.exe" NoHint
O24 - Desktop Component 0: Privacy Protection - (no file)

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now delete the below file
    C:\Documents and Settings\A.T\Application Data\srfvdo.dat

Now we need to Reset Web Settings:
    1. If you have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, goto step 2. If not, skip to step 3.
    2. Now right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK. Then skip step 3.
    3. If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, click Start, Control Panel (for some systems it may be Start, Settings, Control Panel), Internet Options, Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK.
Note for IE 7 users: You need to select Internet Options then the Advanced tab and then Reset Internet Explorer Settings!

Now copy the bold text below to notepad.

    Then attach the below log:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

I suggest that you post this in the Software Forum. You may want to post individual snapshots to make them more legible. You may want to try run sfc /scannow first from the Start, Run box to see if it helps.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. You can uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware now.
    2. We recommed you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as a scanner. It uses no resources except a little disk space until you run a scan.
    3. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop & renamed it like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\cf" /u
        • Notes: The space between the cf" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
      • Delete the C:\cf folder from combofix.
    4. If we used SmitFraudFix, you can delete all files and folders related to it now including the c:\rapport.txt log.
    5. If we used VundoFix, you can delete the VundoFix.exe file and the C:\VundoFix Backups folder and C:\vundofix.txt log that was created.
    6. If we had you run Avenger, you can delete all files related to Avenger now.
    7. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    8. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    9. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    10. You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip
    11. If you are running Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning steps in the READ ME for your Window version and see the steps to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    12. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
