Trying to burn files in order (Nero)

I have a bunch of episodes of a TV program and I'm trying to burn it to DVD. In Windows Explorer (the green box in the screenshot below) they're all in order, but when I put 'em into Nero (the purple box in the screenshot) the order gets screwed up. I've tried using a different burning app and it did the same thing. How do I get 'em to be burned in the correct order? Do I need to use a different naming scheme? If I made an ISO image of the folder with the episodes in the correct order, if I burned the image, would they still be in the same order? Would that even work?
    Thanks.

how about renaming them - 01, 02,03, 09, 10,11, etc, etc. it might be keying off on the 1st digits? anyway, g/l - sos

edit - sometimes i have this problem burning cd's, as the cd player in my car will play mp3's and wma's, so that's how i get around it (somewhat).

Yup.... I did just that right after I posted. It worked. Just renaming episodes 1-9 to "Episode (01)" instead of "Episode (1)" did the trick. I suppose I should have tried it before I posted  rolleyes :innocent

Thanks anyway though (fast response! wow!)

Yep, unfortunately computers ain't as bright as we are. :-D

Sort sequence doesn't see numbers as we do.:cry This tip applies to CD tracks as well, or anything requiring numbering and sorting into sequence. Bazza

lol, i normally do this, and if i have to add stuff in between, i add "a01", "aa", "b", "bb", etc, etc, to get my sequence right (to get in front of the # songs).

it might be a pain in the butt, but it works. i'm not gonna rename 1K+ songs, etc. my music cd's for my car will hold about 100-120 or so songs, so i edit them accordingly (which can be a "pia" at times), but whatever works. - sos
