Please help. see what spyware detector found

    Hi Tim
    Everything was going fine untill I downloaded all the programs and tried to open the 1st one:
    Now download the below tools ( PLEASE only download at this point ):
    SUPERAntiSpyware
    SpyBot - Search & Destroy
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

    Oh problem Icant seem to get the time to change back combofix changed it. Also I tried to click on malware to get it started but it says its already running and Idont see it running?
    combofix.exe
    I get an error message The windows installer service can not be accessed. This can happen if in safe mode which I am not in or Window installer is not installed properly.
    What can I do?

    The malware and combofix opened with no problem I just cant open the superantispyware program?
    Also I have a combo log if you want it and I am reunning malware now and can get the log up too.

    The malware and combofix opened with no problem I just cant open the superantispyware program?
    Also I have a combo log if you want it and I am reunning malware now and can get the log up too.

    Tried all 3 and all have same error message when I try to open each of them. Can I do without the program I am trying to open?

    Tim I restarted my computer but I cant seem to get the time to go back to normal. Also this computer is on a server since its at work does that make a difference?

    Oh it seems to have allowed the wininstaller.reg to open so I will try to run the Mtools again. Wish me luck

    If you ran ComboFix, it will change your clock settings...did you run it?
    Did you run any of the other utilities? I really want to see the log from running MGTools.exe...C:\MGLogs.zip.....I can't do anything for you without the logs.

    No it should not matter that you are running on a domain.

    Yes I ran the combofix but it says it should change back and it didnt. I am re running the Mtools now. Will upload the logs as I get them.

    Here is the log from combofix. The log from MGTools not sure where it is. The program stopped running with the error message. I see a zip for MGtools so I will try to upload gthat also with the combofix.

    Clock still has not gone back to normal

    I also just downloaded the Microsoft .Net Framework hope this corrects the problem I have. This didnt download.

    Tim please tell me how to reset my computer clock and date. Righyt now thanks to the combofix it is reading 1400 hrs and date as 2008-6-13. :cry

    I am not seeing any problems...could you tell me what issues you are still having?

    To reset your clock..go to the control panel / Regional and Language / customize / Time...and set it to the format you want.
