I'm Melting!

Ok, so it had to be about 500 degrees in the shade in my neck of the woods today. I thought I was going to pull a "Wicked Witch of the West" in the middle of the street! Ok, so I'm exaggerating ever so slightly - it was probably somewhere in the 90's (farenheit). What I'm wondering is - Is anyone else experiencing the same agony? I know the community here at MG is made up of quite a diverse group from various parts of the planet. Since I'm new, and not quite sure what else to post about yet, I figured I'd stay within the same safe territory one would stick to in a face-to-face convo: the weather. Soooo, how is the weather where y'all are? :confused

P.S. - I think I want to move to Alaska.

P.P.S. - Just a thought - is anyone here from efx2 (may it rest in peace)? Just thought I'd throw it out in case any of my old blog buddies have relocated here. If so, you may remember me as Shadowrose :wave

We've been lucky to hit 75 F...but the rain is luckily splitting around us, so it is all good.

 

today it was over 100, with a spurt of rain, took a shower to dry off, so yeah, I have an idea of what your day was like

 

Are you for real? By the time we walked back to church I was about to collapse in a puddle of my own sweat!! On that note, good night... I have to get up early to buy snacks for the kids in children's church - and get there early to set up the video. See ya in the morn :wave

We have been hitting vary high temps 90-100F or higher nothing like going out side walking on the grass and it sound like someone is eating chips.

I'm in West Central PA, and was out all day washing trucks.. My 15' box truck was the only one I didn't like. I was in the shade washing one side, and the direct sun washing the other, almost turned my stomach. I'm down with Alaska.. Always wanted go there.

 

If you're at the beach, go play in the sand.. Don't make me come drag you into the water. LOL (kidding)

been triple digits for days, I believe the west cost is in a heat wave has been in the 100s at the beaches also
