While I know Word Pinhole Camera Day was 2 months ago, the idea of making your own camera is a great one, with some templates on how to do this.

Not just a great timewaster for adults but a great way to interact and play with the kids.

Yep, which was what prompted me to post it here in IWL forum, thought it would be a great timewaster or thing to do with kids.

I remember my mother telling me if your without reading glasses make a pin hole in a piece of paper and you are then able to read.
Not a whole book of course :-D

Very true Darlene and even today in opthalmology clinic I used a pinhole device on patients to get best corrected vision if they are without distance glasses or actually wear glasses, narrows the focal field down.

I know what you mean, I seriously need a full eye exam as I'm past the 40 mark and see a slight deterioration as the 6/6 line on a vision chart is slightly blurry. I know theirs nothing seriously wrong with my eyes as I have access to all the medical imaging machines so done scans, just cannot do my own sight test to gain prescription for new glasses.

Have my neices with me this weekend, so they are colouring in the pages to make those cameras, well that is until they get bored an move onto something else.

Oh what fun, don't see enough of my grandchildren, gas prices plays a part in that, I'm complaining to you who pays probably twice as much. :(
    Have a good week end.
