Some Forums Hell Bent on lies .

I have noticed that some forums I visit are HELLBENT on Lies . Take AMD's Forum if you tell the truth about Intel or Nvidia they get all pissed and delete your thread even when you are telling the truth ! another place would have to be Planet AMD 64 ,you give them the truth they dismiss it as nothing more than you not knowing what you are doing or you are not doing enough .
Has there been any one here that finds this disturbing as I do ?
I plan to stop using forums like these as truth is far better than fiction ..

Not trying to just trying to understand why so many want to lie about facts is all . I can not get my head around that .

 

No I guess not . I just think facts should be talked about not fiction at least when it comes to Computers and there parts . Here the facts dominate not fiction and half truths . I like that about this forum . Again I dont want a forum war just trying to understand this is all and I still can not get my head around it .

 

I have a question... "Take AMD's Forum if you tell the truth about Intel or Nvidia..." Isn't the forum ABOUT AMD not Intel or Nvidia, so perhaps those truths/opinions/whichever belong in a different forum and THAT's why it was deleted?

Yeah I guess you are right about that . as they just want to have talk only about there stuff AMD/ATI . I guess that even when some one asks what is best you can't say well Intel as you get deleted so you have to say AMD is best which is a lie Right ? Then where is the truth ? You can not have it both ways if some one asks what is best a Q6600 or a Phenom what can you tell them then ? Miss information is not going to help any one right ?

 

meh, truth is based on perspective, that forum has an AMD perspective, if your an intel user, find an intel forum

 

Well, I guess when you say truth, I see opinion. Because the word BEST in and of itself is an opinion. To give the truth, if someone asks which is best, you would need to offer side by side product comparisons and allow that person to decide for themselves. Maybe that's the misunderstanding, the definition of truth.

 

Just what I try to do but again you are right . How is it that the truth being benchmarks and testing when posted here are taken for what they are and some just see it as nothing more than well propaganda and not fact ?

 

Perhaps you need to specify that in order to determine the best here is a side by side comparison and as long as the specs you have posted are accurate with no bias towards a particular product, i doubt it would he deleted.

But i know for a fact that quality control is supreme around these parts and if mis or partial information is presented as fact the thread goes byebye

I guess I have to keep a level head and just learn to take things for what they are and not get all upsad if they find what I think to be not what they think . I think . LOL .

 

Yeah, my MG boys are good people. and they quality control like hell so anything in the tech forums is subject to death because bad and mis information is not something you want presented as fact. Its not personal.

Now, back to this deleting of the Kodo... How can this be accomplished?
