malware protector 2008

    My husband's computer is infected with Malware protector 2008 and we are having a terrible time trying to get rid of it. I started your instructions for malware removal, but the computer says there is not enough virtual memory to install/run the stuff required in this process. This nastiness seems to have infiltrated the workings of the whole system. What now??

    See this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826513 also shut down all other programs before trying to run the READ & RUN ME. Also if can try running the instructions in safe boot mode.
