Malware Detected - successfully completed all steps ...

    Good Morning ,

    I have successfully completed all steps. I started to notice a difference in my computer the last month or so. Incredibly slow and programs not running the way they should (windows wants to reinstall, missing files etc)

    Please find attached my logs.

    after all this I just received an error message stating that TR/Trash.Gen was found through Altvira

    I just ran the system restore point.. I hope that helps. Thank you in advance for your reply

    Actually no it does not help as your logs are of no use to us now due to using System Restore. If you are still having problems, you will have to get all new logs now.
