Microsoft Fax - can't preview before sending

Microsoft Fax
Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp.080413-2111 : Service Pack 3)
I am running Windows XP-PRO Version 2002 SP3

I tried sending a fax today from the Fax Console and again from Microsoft Office Word 2003. Everything goes fine until I get to the point where I can click preview fax or I can click finish. I always like to preview before sending and I get this error message: "The fax preview cannot be displayed." Does anyone know how to fix this? I have Microsoft Office Document Imaging 11.0.8166.2 and it appears to be working fine. In the past when I clicked preview fax it would open in MODI and now I can't preview at all. Could this have anything at all to do with SP3? It seemed to work fine before. Any help you can give me would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi

I know their was a fix for XP SP1 PCs but that hotfix would have been rolled into SP2 and SP3, so the only other option I can think of is this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922375

Thanks! Today - with making no changes that I am aware of - my faxes are being previewed in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Better than nothing!
