BullGuard Attack

Would you be able to tell me what this is?

Everytime bf tries to access his favourite website, my free trial BullGuard bans it, and he has to wait a few minutes before trying again, most times only to be booted off again. Frustrating. After the ban, the website shows "Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage".

(He uses Internet Explorer as his bookmarks are there. I use FireFox as all my bookmarks are there).

Is this ban a security risk, or can I somehow override it?

The bf was trying to access the "General Discussions" thread in the forum. He's been a member there for years and never had a problem accessing the website prior to me installing BullGuard.

 

I'd disregard the warning.
