    Hey all,

My PC was running slower than normal, so I decided to do some overdue monthly cleaning on it. I ran the run red me first directions ( they've changed since I last needed them ) and after I ran super antispyware, or combofix (can't remember which one) it needed to restart. Windows XP loading splash screen comes up and a quick blue screen with code comes up. Can't read it, it's too fast, and then goes into an endless reboot cycle. I can start in safe mode. Any advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We really need to know which one. You should be able to remember since the instructions for each are quite different for each. You were not running both scans at the same time.....were you? Had you installed the Recovery Console with ComboFix? I'm sure this would standout in your recollection if you had done that part. ComboFix does not directly follow SUPERAntispyware in the procedure either. So if you ran SUPERAntispyware, you were then suppose to run the below in the given:
    • Spybot
    • Malwarebytes
    • ComboFix
    • MGtools
I was going to say continue on in safe boot mode but I need to know which scans you had really run.
