me again

    Cleaning up another puter could you take a quick look at my files i am sure they are clean but just want to be sure..i could not run mgtools because the puter is an amd64 .......ty

    Well, it certainly wasn't when you started the process........still need to see the MGLogs.zip, just like the last time.

    It will run. It just will not produce all the logs we want but it will give some info. So try running it anyway and then attach the MGlogs.zip file. There probably will not be much to worry about.

    I'll leave the log reading for TimW, but you may have an AMD64 but it is not a 64 bit processor. Thus everything ran fine.

    Your logs are clean ...but you need to uninstall your old Java:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6"
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0"
    Java(TM) 6 Update 5"
    Java(TM) 6 Update 7

    Reboot and install:
    Java Runtime 6

    Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.

    Now tell me what issues you are having.
