Driving me nuts!

I got my new Pantech Duo. AT&T said not to turn it on until it is FULLY charged. I plugged it in at 3:30. It started at 50%. By 3:55 it was at 90%. Now, it is 4:30 and it is STILL at 90%! I know, it is a plot formulated AT&T to make me lose my mind!!!!!!:-D

I always found it amusing that people who get their phones in the mail listen to the manual.

If you walked into an ATT store, what would they do? Open up the box, turn it on, and program it.

Exactly what I was thinking. I've never bought a phone via the mail, always in the store, and they always power it up and program it while I stand there. Then they tell me to make sure to leave it plugged in until it's fully charged (duh), but I've never been told not to use it.

Shoot...they not only program it, they make a test call now that I think about it. Both incoming and outgoing, to make sure the programming is right. LOL

That's because you bought an AT&T ANYTHING. They sucked when they were cingular and they suck now. The phones themselves are neat but the batteries are sub standard and the contracts are shite.

Besides, aren't you like 10? What do you need a cell phone for? Schedule your next rendezvous to get beat up on the playground?

Pfft.. Mine isn't getting one unless it's one of those 5 button ones that can be programed to call mommy, daddy, and 911. She can use the home phone or IM like a normal child.

The $10 thing is because I have to use a chargecard over the web and my mom won't let me charge more than 10. I used to get $40, now I only get $20. (punishment).
