I'm now the proud owner of the M-Audio ProjectMix!

Got it set up on the desk and looks very messy I know, will look better when I have chance to clear up in here. It's a fantastic piece of kit, works well with Pro Tools, Cubase, Sonar, Logic etc and can be put in different modes for each.
From the picture below, some may be able to work out that I've got it hooked up to my MacBook and working Logic on my Sammy tv :)

More info can be found here for you technie geeks - http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/ProjectMixIO-main.html

I've thought about something like that - does it work well with Virtual DJ?

Works good for me but you need a good sound card.

At the moment I'm only using onboard for my current speakers - the ProjectMix will be my external soundcard when I have monitors connected up to it, and it performs fantastically well. May get myself a Creative jobby when I have some more funds.

Ah well the ProjectMix is firewire so I imagine it'll work just fine.

    What style you mix?

Mainly club/dance but I'll do drum n bass and r n b - most modern stuff tbh, I've been known to mix Arctic Monkeys and Oasis with club music - can work quite well if you get the tempo right ;)
