Several Things Wrong... My HiJackThis Log

My personalization page fails to load and icons on my desktop have disappeared but they are still visible through explorer and are still usable. Additonally I recently acquired some malware that I think is gone but I'm not sure. I really dont want to reformat and I'm hoping someone can save me.

This belongs in the Malware Removal forum..... I'm no HJT expert, but I do see some very strange things in the log, mainly, it says you're missing "lsass.exe" which is NOT a good thing. This is the Local Security Authentication Server. It verifies the validity of user logons to your PC/Server. It generates the process responsible for authenticating users for the Winlogon service. Having this file missing can cause numerous problems. The print spooler service appears to be missing (not a huge deal if you don't have a printer).
And I find these entries a bit worrisome (but I'm no HJT expert) :
