I told Dan in the beginning I would never get married again, he said it was alright, we'll just have a 30 year one night stand.

I lived a little south of there, sure miss it

 

We had a few days in San Francisco and then took 4 days to drive along the coast road down to LA stopping at all the nice places Monterey bay, Santa Barbara and so on.

you lived in a nice part of the US.

 

Funny connection, there was a favorite restaurant of mine on the Santa Barbra Pier that burnt down, shortly after I moved to Monterey and a restaurant of the same name on the wharf there was also burnt to the ground, or water rather. Seemed suspicious to me.
