Looking for someone who wil help me analyse my log!!!.. thanks in advance~

hihi~ recently i analysed my computer processes using Hijack this and the log showed this:

yeahh.. so it would be dear if someone well versed in computer could help me analyse this if they are free.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

hmm.. im not too sure about that.. that said, my com isnt running that slow in particular. however, it does pay to be safe right? and since i currently do not have the knowledge to decipher the anlysis, i have no idea if my com is infected with malware or not.
