AntivirusXP2008 and wallpaper

Hello, this is meaginn, I'm here and I really don't know what now.I'm new to computers and to forums. I have a ? I had the antivirusXP2008 and hopfully it is gone, but now I don't have all my display properties [ desktop or screan saver], can you tell me how to get them back? If they can be gotten back. Thanks, I have done all the above before my post, but now I can't get my display properties I have no tabs for desktop or screan savers. Can I get them back?

 

Thank you for your reply. Maybe I am in over my head, I don't understand every thing that is said here, but I am trying to learn how to fix my computer.

Try going to the link posted below and scrll down to #285, look on the right-hand side and you will see Restore All Display Tabs. Click on that and Save the REG File to somewhere you can locate it. Find it, Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt. It will add some things to the registry that should restore your display properties. You may have to restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

Note: plodr is correct, just trying to make certain that you have no more malware on your system. You do need to post your malware logs/info in the Malware section to make sure you got everything.

My computer is clean.
