    I read that it is on one of the personal lap tops. They use them for their nutritional information etc. It's a password stealing trojan for stealing online gamers game account passwords. Are they up there playing World of Warcraft :confused

    TimW: You have to attach ALL of the requested logs!

    TimW: No. you have to follow the procedure just like everyone else. Without the logs we can't help.
