Development Tools like Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 on the free for students... does require verification, but I can personally attest that it works, and is in fact free to students. I use this stuff all the time.

hi im new in this and iv been looking for a group of pepole to create a system or software that will generate a lot of gaming play this software i am making is not great i am aiming the make a piece of software that will making all gamin faster,
in this i set to achieve my personal goal making a machine more reliable than the ps3 and faster and much more memory but at this time i am focusing on the speed of gaming for the computer it will fit in to a disc holder and can stop 99.8% of viruses if any1 has ideas then post on this and give me your views and possibly this could change my life and yours and the gaming community so reply to this and we can make a thread about all of this goodbye gamers.
