Blue screen of death on new HD in less than a year?

K I'm on a laptop... n have been... I got the BSOD in the last 3 weeks twice.... Im confused as to why this is happening n have only seen this BSOD ever in my life in my 10 years being online in this one laptop....

Tha last time this happened it was a gradual nightmare till i almost couldn't work on the laptop n ended up just getting a new HD this was last year roughly the same time...

I don't know what is causing or has caused this n what i can do to not have this issue. It can't be a virus or spyware. (I think anyway) It just error n then something like Driver IQL or something like that is less or equal value..... I didn't even know what to look for.....

Anyhow can someone help? Will a scan work?

Please tell us exactly what is printed and the first alpha-numeric string. (may look something like 0x000000ab) where aand b might be letters or numbers.

K so it happened again tonight... :cry

Heres the error
