WTF - forum problem or me problem?!

    I'm pretty sure it was a removed post that somehow had parts left over. If you hit the post reply button, it says it doesn't exist or something. haha...I tried. :-D

    It was probably spam.

    Spammers have been hammering the forums lately and we are doing our best to deal with it......so do please reply to non-existant threads as soon as we get them deleted. :)

    So that's why every forum I go on has ads for...uh...less-than-mentionable things on it :-D. Two of the other places I visit have been shut down until this blows over.

    Another vbulletin forum I go to (Boxerworld.com :-D) doesn't allow posts to go through with new accounts until they have screened them. That's always how they have done it and obviously they don't have spam. It's tedious, but if you have a smaller volume board than major geeks, it's probably worth it.

    Unfortunately, MGs is way too big to do this.
