How do you find what is firewalling you?

I can't seem to find what is firewalling me. I've tried disabling/disconnecting my known hardware firewalls and software firewalls but I'm STILL firewalled! What can you do to see what else is firewalling you? This is frustrating. I can't run my P2P program at all.

XP MC Edition 2005

 

In xp pro you can go to "view network connections" and right click for properties. Then you can go into advanced settings for the Windows firewall and there is an "exception list" of software installed on your pc. If you want a certain program to be usable thru the firewall you have to select it, as example a p2p program or other. Try that and it might work. Sounds like you have firewall on firewall which i guess is okay. You really can't help it if it comes with an antivirus or other but as you mentioned you can disable the firewall in certain programs. I had the XP firewall turned off because I use another software firewall (I don't trust the XP one). But when I looked under the network settings it had my Local Area Connection firewalled! I'd of thought if the XP firewall was disabled then it wouldn't be firewalling anything, but apparently not. Now I've got to see if anything else is firewalling me. Thanks.
