Did any of you take the Real Age Test? If you did in doing so it subscribes you to their daily tips (which ordinarily drive me nuts) but I enjoy these, you can go deeper into the site, forums and support for numerous things. Sorry got off track, just the daily emails are informative, take a look at mine, if you like get your own ;)

I like the site because they give you tips to relieve things without swallowing over the counter crap.

Ya, I was impressed on the healthy eating part emails when you posted this site recently and today's tips on food labels is not stellar but OK IMO. They obviously want you to buy their mags instead.;)

a PS augie, it's a no brainer to you but do you realize the people out there who know nothing.
Now on TV they're telling people to not give over the counter meds to kids under 4 it was 2 not long ago.
My thoughts are what are these bumb ---- thinking giving crap medicine to children to begin with, PLUS why is it on the market.
Gotta go making myself mad :mad

Ya, I can easily understand that sentiment Darlene but no one can ethically test kids for efficacy or tolerance levels, it's all derived data from adults. Until the epidemiological studies are done many years later, no one really knows, do they?

I have really liked CSPI as a non-partisan organization for real facts or at least the questioning of such said facts. One doesn't have to buy their 'Nutrition Action' newsletter to get the latest news. The site is solely supported by their newsletter. I have found them to not be too sensationalistic but as always, one has to weigh things for themselves.
