Can't uninstall System Mechanic 8

Windows XP Home SP3. System Mechanic 8 (SM8) wasn't running correctly and was causing all sorts of problems on this PC. For example, shortly after SM8 was installed, the PC would either take forever to load to the desktop, or the desktop would never load up. So I booted in Safe Mode (which worked fine) and removed SM8 from the msconfig start up menu. This allowed the PC to boot in normal mode just fine, and I was able to uninstall one of the SM8 components from Add/Remove Programs; the antivirus module if I remember correctly. But I can't get the main SM8 app to uninstall. It errors out; see the screen shot below....

I agree with oma. Run Revo, down to the most intense option (#4).
As a last resort, just delete the Folder and all contents and then run AWC v2, CCleaner and Cleanup! to get the stragglers. :-D Bazza
