I just (re)installed BitDefender 10 Free Edition to use as a backup or second opinion Virus scanner. Right off the pat, it reported that WinContig.exe, a standalone defrag program from MG, was infected with Trojan.Agent.AKPQ. Perhaps that's a false positive, but just letting you guys know.

Attached is the log file after I downloaded WinContig again a few minutes ago and ran the scan again on that file specifically.

First are you saying you have multiple antivirus programs installed? If yes, this is an absolute NO NO! Uninstall all but one.

    False Positive.

I'm using Rising Antivirus as my primary anti-malware program and active defense. I have BitDefender Free, a-Squared Free, and Kaspersky AV tools installed to use only for manual scans (no active defense). I know it's not recommended, but I'm not yet convinced that Rising will catch everything, so I need the others for piece of mind. By the way, they have been reporting the occasional trojan in my eMule downloads beyond what Rising has caught, but those could just be false positives as well...

Very bad idea. The services from these programs are still running and one scanner can still possibly detect the other as malware and could interfere with proper operation.

Then uninstall it and use something else like the free tools mentioned in the below:
