Atleast 3 infections, no logs yet.

I read the READ AND DO THIS FIRST post. I found a couple names in my program list: Internet Security Add-On and Internet Explorer Security Plugin 2006. I tried to remove them but got an error message. I tried to remove the three old versions of Java we had, but the Windows installer was dead. I when down thru the list and did everything I could. I got to the bottom and started downloading the programs on the next page. I got them all downloaded and at first SUPERAntispyware wouldn't install. I changed the name to SAS.exe and then chased a link on fixing windows installer. That was very helpful and now I was able to remove the three old Javas and install SAS. However, it won't open now that it's installed.

For now just skip SAS and run MBAM and once you complete that scan try running SAS again. If it still will not run, try reinstalling it SAS after running MBAM. If you still can't get it to run, just proceed with the rest of the steps.
