Malware Infection Problems

O.k. so I did the whole "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" thread thing, and when I did the part about the Windows XP cleanup I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and ran the scan. When the scan was done I promptly removed all the errors it found and rebooted. Then when I tried to open Firefox and IE it told me that there was some sort of proxy error and it couldn't connect. So I disabled the Proxy stuff on Firefox and now it is letting me connect through Firefox. Is this a good idea that I did that?

I tried to system restore but for some reason my computer won't let me restore. (it started doing that when i started having problems in the first place)

On the bright side it seems like doing all the cleanup fixed the problem I was having (websites wouldn't load and some online videos wouldn't work properly)

Anyone have any idea how I should handle this whole proxy issue? Is it that big of a deal?

Does this accident have anything to do with me unhidding the hidden files? And should I re hide them?

Oh and I attached the logs from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

We need the rest of the logs from the READ ME. As a reference I will post our initial instructions.

O.k. here are the rest of the logs EXCEPT for ComboFix because I can not run it safely because my system restore is not working properly.

The Spybot scan found nothing but i couldn't get the log to load but it didn't find anything anyway so log un-needed

You did not clean the infections found by Malwarebytes. Please update and run this program again, this time have the program remove all found infections.

Once you complete this, attach the new log from the scan. Also, run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.
