Problem downloading MGtools.exe

I'm trying to download MGtools but keep getting re-directed to the following screen:

I'm trying to remove Malware from a XP Home PC (it's an HP Pavillion x1963 machine) I am logged in, etc. I just want to follow the instructions step by step. At this point I've reached a deadend! Please Help!!!

 

Yes! I hit remember me everytime. It replies with "Thanks for logging in", but goes back to the vBulletin message and clears the Login Fields!

I did as you suggested and the Download site comes up and works for all but MGtools. As a matter of fact, I've already downloaded all but MGtools. Using your links all sites came up, but after clicking on the MGtools link I get the same vbulletin and message to login. After logging in, it goes right back to the same vbulletin all over again.
