You say you can't open any files because it prompts to choose a program to use, correct? Is this only on shortcuts? I need a little more information before we can start on a fix.

Also, as a reference I will post our initial instructions for Malware Removal.

First of all thanks for your help . The problem is happening when I try to open anything . Tried to install malware removal tools asked what program to use . Started in safe mode and tried to open msconfig asked what program to use.restarted tried to open document file gave me this c;\windows\system32\rundll32.exe (Application not found) .exe is not a valid Win32 application is another screen that has popped up The only way I can get anything to work is to right click -click-run as- run as administrator that only on wireless manager and Mzilla Firefox. Download the attached file, save to your desktop and try to extract the contents.

If you are able to extract, right click on the file and select Install. After you complete this, try again to run the steps in the READ ME.

Did everything you said to do and it works. Installed and went though the read me file so thank you very much. If you don't mind what was going on. (the problem)

If you ran all of the steps in the READ ME then I would recommend attaching the requested logs so we can confirm you're clean. Just because there are no obvious symptoms doesn't mean you're clean.

It's malware making changes to your registry.
