or i shoulda said, i wondered why my grapes were crispy!

 

I remember reading an article as a teenager about this person who bought a yucca plant and it hissed every time she watered it. Eventually she took it back to the store and they broke the soil down and found a tarantula in it :eek

About a week later my brother bought me a yucca plant for my birthday. I had my Dad break the soil down before I would put it in my bedroom :-D

 

hehe, anyhow, ill be around for a while this time i hope. Missed you all a bunch

 

So now we know why some California wines have a bit of a bite to them. :-D

Happened to me once

 

i used to work at a grocery store, and we used to get banana spiders in the boxes of bananas all the time...luckily for us, they were always dead on arrival. you don't see them as much anymore, i guess someone checks the boxes now..

Tape worms are scary and a threat to life. If I recall, Pork products have an issue, if not cooked well. Same with some Veg salads....
