There were a hundred people waiting in front of you in the queue. Notice how in less than 15 hrs, your first thread has already moved down to page 4 (depends on how many thread you show per page. I set my user options to show 40 threads per page). That is how busy we are. I'm currently working threads that are already on page 9 (and almost ready to slip to 10) which are older than your post. This is how the queue works.

Wrong instructions. No one told you to run that procedure. You need to run the one you said you did not have time for. If you ran it last night, odds are you would already be fixed up. See the below sticky which is what you needed to run and what we believed you were saying you do not have time for.
