200 plus threats removed so far! logs need checking

Hi,
The system i have been cleaning belongs to my 12 year old niece which was given to me running incredibly slow with blocked Internet access.
She is lost without it so having done some removal before, my sister asked me to help.

I've run all the procedures (i think) from the 'read me first' post and have created the required logs for posting after removing well over 200 viruses, trojans, dialers, adware and malware threats... but I'd be very surprised if i have got everything off so would be very grateful if you have time to check the logs and give your expert opinion.

Please download The Avenger by Swandog469, and save it to your Desktop.

* Extract avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop
* Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
* Do not change any check box options!!

* Now click the Execute button.
* Click Yes to the prompt to confirm you want to execute.
* Click Yes to the Reboot now? question that will appear when Avenger finishes running.
* Your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
* A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt and it will popup for you to view when you login after reboot.

Now download and install:
Java Runtime

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Avenger.
