Norton?

I'm trying to help a friend clean up hiis computer. I've had him do various thing and the last thing I was going to do was have him run combo fix. It wont run and says that norton internet security is running and it cant run. I cant seem to get rid of norton. I have had him delete all the folders, delete it from the registry, edited the startup and services and still cant get combofix to run due to norton. There are a few things that I cant delete even through the registry concerning norton. The only thing those have in comon is the name norton and device desc in the name.

HELP lol.

It worked, thanks a bunch people. O and to Kestrel it was generally clean, I just wanted to run combo fix for good measure.
