What's My Problem??

    Okay ... so I have a problem ... I just don't know what it is or where it came from. Windows logon or logoff is almost impossible.

    I have followed all the steps on the stickies ... so here are my logs. :eek:)

    Any ideas or help is most welcome.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    We are happy to hear you fix your problem; however do you know what all the below drivers are and did your fix have anything to do with removing these? Are these all related to Leap Frog?
    Note: you have no antivirus installed!!!!!

    Hi!

    Uh ... no ... my fix seemed to be unloading Zone Alarm and loading SAS, Online Armor and Avast instead ....
    Although, now my computer won't recognize my printer ...

    I am not sure what all of those files that you listed are ... can I ... should I ... how do I delete them?

    I am also wondering about removing some unused files ... a Rexall photo pload tool that didn't ever work for me ...

    I *think* that I also need an anti Spyware tool too ...

    And ... should Super Spyware Blaster load each time? It flashes on my screen on log-on and the icon is in the bottom right corner of my screen all the time. Also ... I don't even know what "net assistant" is that is always loaded ... something to do with my ISP ...
    I also show SIS Utility Tray and Sound Effect always loaded ... even when I close them, they reopen with each new start up.

    You may have blocked your spoolsv.exe process or something else related to your printer. You can get help for this in the Software Forum.

    Since I don' t know what they are for, I cannot honestly answer that. If we remove them and Leap Frog breaks, you may have to reinstall. After you decide how you want to proceed, let me know. Also check to see if any of those files even exist in yout Temp folder.

    Not a topic for this forum. Only you know what you use and don't use. Uninstall anything you don't use.

    I assume you are referring to SUPERAntiSpyware since there is no such program as you mentioned. Yes this is a safett feature to help it be able to run in the presence of malware. You can disable it from loading at startup if you like under the Preferences button on the main form. You can also tell it not to show the splash page.

    All part of things you run on your PC. Not malware and not a topic for this forum. As stated in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME, you can read the link on Dealing with Startups.
