I got some problem that i can't recognize

    - sometimes on IE i got an error window regarding my current ActiveX settings doesn't allow to show correctly part of sites i m browsing (even if i've set allow or ask to every activex setting on IE)

    - some other times when i try to shut down i got a system error telling that i haven't user privileges to shut down (even if i am the administrator)

    - i 've also found an IP numeric address (unfortunately i can't remember it cause i immediately erased it) in the IE trust sites list

    - i got massive inbound connections to system or to scvhost every time i m connected (i reject every time)

I ve read your Read and Run and i will attach logs (except ComboFix cause i m not able to restart this pc in safe mode), including Gmer log because it shows 4 malaware elements and SpyBot S&D that shows a bad entry in System Startup: ntsys32.exe (Added by SD-BOT Worm accordly to Spybot)

thanks in advance and sorry for my poor english

No it does not. It does not show any problems at all. Leave the log reading to the experts. ;)

You do not have the current versions of SUPERAntiSpyware nor MGtools.

Just to be on the safe side.
    • Please uninstall your current version (this is necessary).
    • Then download this SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Install this new version. It may tell you that you need to reboot to complete the installation. You must reboot at this time.
    • After the reboot, run SUPERAntiSpyware and immediately click the Check for Updates button to get more updates for the database.
    • Now run a new full scan of your system. And attach this new log.

Now goto this link Using MGtools and download the new version of MGtools.exe from the black bold print link in the first sentence. Overwrite your previous MGtools.exe file with this one.

Run MGtools.exe then attach the below logs:
    • the new SUPERAntiSpyware log
    • C:\MGlogs.zip

Your logs are all clean, but I do recommend that you cleanup your Desktop.

Also we don't recommend adding anything to the Trust Zone unless it is absolutely necessary. Thus I recommend removing the below even though they are not malware:

    O15 - Trusted Zone: http://support.f-secure.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.thinkorswim.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: http://mpa.dg.tlecomitalia.it
    O15 - Trusted Zone: http://housecall.trendmicro.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: http://housecall65.trendmicro.com

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /u
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
      • Delete the C:\combofix folder from combofix (if it exists)
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip
    7. If you are running Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures in step 3 the READ ME for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
