PETA Ad banned from the Super Bowl

I have to admit it seems pretty tame to me.
We have ads here on TV where the F word is used also ads for ladies monthly curse so sexy veggies is a bit of light relief.

I took me a while to find this clip without the words bleeped out and this is exactly how this program is broadcast (3 times a week)
I don't know any other country where this is allowed.

Please understand this is not intended to offend but just to make a point.

 

All I can say to that is, that is one lucky bunch of veggies!!:-D That just goes to show ya that veggies DO have more fun!! One thing about Ramsey, he is colorful and he does get his point across, but he could be a lot more subtle about it. I've watched his show, 'Hell's Kitchen,' once and I thought, being a TV show he was just putting on an act, but after seeing that clip, I learned he is a bit crude, isn't he?

I don't see why it should be banned. It is confusing, all those vegetables, and it is a PETA add?:confused There was no meat in the add. :confused

Being they are an organization one would hope they not spend millions of dollars on a superbowl ad.

Our TV is quite shocking,as you know i am an ex-pat Brit and although i have lived here many years it still sound offensive when they use some of the expletives.
These programs are broadcast before 8.30pm so a lot of kids are still watching.
We have a quiz show called Blocken (blocker) based on the old Tetris game and the presenter has a habit of using J***s C****t and that is really hard to listen too.

Because it is so widely used it is not unusual to hear kid as young as 7 or 8 using the F word and how do you chastise them when it's on TV.

 

It seems like tradition now for a superbowl halftime ad to get banned,then it gets shown everywhere as the superbowl ad that was banned.

I don't watch the superbowl I never have but I've seen alot of banned superbowl ads even over here in the UK,when they make them I bet they are like "Nah we can't show that ad it isn't hot enough,it won't get banned." :-D

I think that ads pretty lame anyway I'm suprised it was banned,prolly banned just for traditions sake.

Oh yeah almost forgot silly me,screw PETA.
