   JimLL I can't follow the rules

   On Major Geek recommendation I have gotten A-Squared Anti-Malware version and find it to be excellent.
   
   Is there any point to any firewall now?
   
   I've had ZoneAlarm a long time and hate that it accesses my hard drive at least once a second day and night.

   I would suggest PCTools firewall with out the add-ons.

   Does "without the add-ons" mean "without the _Plus_ in the file title?" If so, where does one find such a thing?

   • PC Tools Firewall Plus <-- make sure you uncheck the options to install Google Toolbar and Threatfire free edition. There's is no sense in installing excess baggage.
