Need AVI to VOB converter

I would like to convert avi files to VOB (AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS)
to burn on DVD. I have tried several programs, but they don't seem to work the way I need. I am looking for freeware, nothing that leaves a stupid watermark. Anyone know of a good program?

Thanks! I tried this one, but the DVD wouldn't play. Which conversion option in Quick Media gives you a folder with AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS?

In all the years I've used SUPER I have never seen it put a watermark on the rendered video, so the watermark you're speaking of had to already be on the video.
