Will it work in any other computer?
How did your company delete the memory?

    Hi

    Is this a U3 or non-U3 Cruzer?

Weird thought and fix for the day, is to goto Control Panel > Administrative tools > Computer Management > Disk Management and then if the Removable Drive is listed at the bottom, then right click it and choose Change drive letters and paths, then click Change and change the drive letter to say X: or one thats not used down that end of the alphabet and then, unplug and replug the pen in to see if you can access it.

Other thought is to open Device Manager up and open the USB Controllers section, then plug in the pen and when its driver shows up (likely named Mass Storage Device) then right click it and choose Uninstall, then replug it in and the drivers should be re-installed for this device, or if a U3 then install the drivers from SanDisk.
