4 gig of ram only showing 3.22??

    I have asus motherboard M2NPV-VM. I just put in 4 gig of dual core Ram. Xp only shows that I have 3.22.

    I THINK?? I need to change something in the bios but not sure how to change it and what I need to change. Sure hope you guys can help! Thank You

    Sorry, this is normal for a 32 bit OS, nothing you can do except to go to 64-bit OS to be able to use all 4 GB.

    Good idea. I just go to my "view all threads started by Mimsy" and scroll until I find it. But now I have it bookmarked on the laptop too. :)
