Depends on the application you want to use the card for. Can you elaborate what you want to do with the card?

 

I want to use the Graphic Card for gaming of course...so can tell me what the best for gaming + the game i want to play is CNC tiberium war...

What is the highest RAM nowdays can tell me plssssssss....

I recently purchased this card: http://www.directron.com/ax3850512md3.html and found it to be a good performer. They also make it in an AGP format: http://www.directron.com/ag3850512md3.html but I've seen info on the net that the AGP version doesn't play nice with Via chipsets . . . but if you have an AGP slot then this card is about the best going in ATI based cards.

There are better cards, but for the price these aren't bad One thing to look for in any card is the memory interface - go for at least a 256bit interface (like the cards above). For PCI-E cards 128bit isn't too bad, I guess, if money is an issue. I always avoid anything under 128bit.

 

I run a GTX295 Fred and bang for your buck it's better to get the cheaper GTX260.
The 295 is an improvement on the 265 ( i have one of these as well) but does not warrant the cost.

Wish I had the cash on hand to upgrade to one of those!

I've not used any of the newer Nvidia cards

 

I have today bought a new CPU (intel duo2 Q6700) to see if it will improve the performance a bit but i don't hold out a lot of hope.

I am building another PC and needed a CPU anyway.

 

I run a GTX 260 Bill, love it. But they wanted the bestest. Would love to see a couple in SLI. :drool

 

when i get the new PC built i will be able to compare the 260 with the 295.
