Im having a serious problem with my laptop.

    I have used various malware programs given to me by a member on this forum, it cleared up lots of viruses. But I still have a problem with my laptop. this problem is;

    When I turn my laptop on, and press the 'L' key it auto logs off and the 'Z' key opens narrator,
    Also after 10 mins it auto shuts down..
    Does anyone know if this a virus?
    if so are there any other programs which would help my situation.

    have you checked to see if it is overheating which can cause a auto shut off, if not can you post specs of your laptop on here.

    What Operating System are you using?

    Do you know if you have any accessibility options enabled?

    It sounds like "hot keys" have been set up but incorrectly.
    What brand and model is your laptop?

    Press ctrl+alt+del and post what is running; we may be able to see an unusual program that is controlling the keys pressed.
    When you say the laptop shuts down, does it turn off completely or does it hibernate?
